Samantha
Actress Samantha played Trisha’s role in the Telugu version of Vinnai Thandi Varuvaya.
She enthralled the Telugu audiences with her simple looks and attractive smile.
Both Trisha and Samantha were incomparable in the film. They delivered excellent performances, each in their own style.
It seems that Samantha is a great fan of Trisha’s and she has openly admitted this on many occasions. (Generally an actress doesn’t admit that her competitor is her role model!)
Anyway, Samantha says that Trisha has been her inspiration in films.
While Hollywood actresses are an ‘inspiration’ to most south Indian actresses, nice to know Samantha looks up to a colleague from within the industry!
Asked about Trisha she says, “I have watched her films. Like many others, I too am her fan.”
