Yes, the same one which catapulted dusky Anushka Shetty to dizzying heights of fame. This film will soon be remade in Hindi.
The movie starred Sonu Sood in a crucial role and was directed by Kodi Ramakrishna. Reliable sources tell us that Gemini Film Circuit, which has bought the Bollywood remake rights, will be producing it.
And though there are two B’wood biggies — Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in the fray to reprise Anushka’s role, a source close to the production house informs us that the latter stands a better chance to play the title role of the gorgeous Arundhati.
